At Jones School Supply Co., Inc a lot of our
most popular items can accommodate your custom logo. This provides you with a great way to present a one-of-a-kind award. The process is not as complicated
as you might think. Simply submit your artwork as a pdf, jpg, tif, eps, or ai file
format. Preferably your image should be and be at least 300 dpi. If you don’t
know what dpi is don’t worry send what you have.
We will try
to work with any image because we want you to be happy with your product. So
here are a few tips that you may find helpful to consider when you are deciding
what to send us for your custom artwork.
- The larger your image the better. For example an image that is 5 inches will turn out better than an image that is 1 inch.
- Black and White images are best for 1 color imprints.
- Color images are best for imprints that will be 2 colors or more.
- If you have the vector art, please send it. The file formats for vector art are Illustrator(.ai) or eps.
For your
convenience you can log in and upload your custom artwork directly to our website either
when you place your order or at a later time. If you prefer to call and speak
with a customer service representative to place your order you can still email your
custom artwork directly to us at artwork@jonesawards.com
or upload it to the website, whichever is more convenient for you.

- PDF – Portable Document Format: it is a file format used to represent documents in a manner independent of application software.
- JPG – Commonly used for images taken with digital cameras and widely used for photos. This file type uses compression for saving which causes an image quality loss as the file size decreases.
- TIF – Tagged Image File: also used for storing images or photos.
- AI – Adobe Illustrator File: proprietary file format developed for representing single page vector based drawings.
- EPS – Encapsulated PostScript: it is a graphics file format. It maintains the integrity of the custom artwork. Also known as a vector art file.
