Frequently Asked Questions




Q:  Where can you find a W9 form for Jones School Supply?

A:  You can click on the following link:
http://www.jonesawards.com/Customer-Service/Jones-Information/W9-Form 
or you can go to www.jonesawards.com and select Jones Information under the Customer Service tab.

Q:  How can you look up Past Order History?

A:  You need to log in and under Your Account select Order History. Your past orders will come up and if you want to view the items you ordered please select View Details and Status. This will list the items you ordered. Any order – faxed, mailed, or placed on the website will show up in your order history.

Q: Does Jones School Supply have Templates to fill in stock certificates and blank borders?

A:  Yes, we have templates for your stock certificates and blank borders. They can be found one of two ways. Click on the following link:

or visit www.jonesawards.com and under the Customer Service tab select Downloadable Templates.

Simply click on stock certificate templates or blank border templates and from there select the appropriate line for your product. The templates are grouped by series within the category of stock certificates or blank borders. Simple click on the series line for your product and select your product number. For example if your stock certificate number is 937, then you would select 900 Series and then the template for 937.

Q:  How can you create a quote online?

A:  Simply visit www.jonesawards.com and fill your cart with the items you would like to purchase. Once you are finished shopping, go to your shopping cart, instead of clicking on the Checkout button, look to the left side of the screen and there you will see an option that says Create an Order Quote. Simply click on that option and from there enter your shipping and billing information (you need to enter this information for accurate quote pricing). The system will generate an order number for your quote and you can place the order whenever you are ready. Please note that quotes are only valid for 60 days. It is easy to convert your quote to an order online. You can select the link in the email that was sent to you or log in to your account and select Order Quotes. Once you have selected the quote that you want to convert into an order simply select Order Now at the bottom of the screen. The website will reload your items into your cart. 

Q:  Can invoices be paid online?

A:  Yes invoices can be paid online. Click on the following link
and enter your account number and billing zip code, then select find invoices. You can also log in and under Your Account select View Invoices.

Q:  I would like to place the same order I placed last year. Is there an easy way to do this online?

Yes, simply log in and go to your account and select Order History. Then select View Details and Status beside the order you would like to place again. Then scroll down to the bottom of the screen and there you will see an option for Reorder. Simply click the option and from there you can checkout, create a quote, load cart, save cart, or place the items on a wish list. The Load Cart option will load your cart and you can continue shopping if you have more items you would like to add before checkout. The Save Cart and Wish List options will save your items so that you may return at a later time and continue shopping without having to start the process over.

Q:  I would like to place a Net 30 order online with my purchase order how can I do this?
 
A:  You can do this when you checkout. On the Your Shipping Information screen at the bottom of the screen it asks you “Is this order being shipped to an official school address?” If you check “Yes” and select “Next” the Billing Information screen comes up. Under Purchase Order you will enter your Purchase Order Number. Then select Payment Method Bill me (Net 30 Account Required). Please note that a Net 30 Account must be shipped to a school or government agency. We verify these orders internally. If you do not qualify for Net 30 or use a residential address your order will be delayed as we contact you for prepayment.
